The ACHAT Hotel Frankfurt Maintal, Westendstrasse 77, 63477 Maintal, has been our tournament hotel for many years.

Only reservations made through hospitality@itf-bruchkoebel.com receive the following benefits:

Room price per night including breakfast in a
1-bed room for EUR 85.00,
2-bed room for EUR 95.00
Free 0.5 litter water bottle per guest in the room on the day of arrival
10% voucher for food and drinks during hotel stay, available only at check-in
37.5% reduced parking fee – EUR 5.00 instead of EUR 8.00 per night
Optional daily towel changes 1 to 1 at no extra cost

Each e-mail for room reservation must contain the following information:

Desired room type (1- / 2-bed room)
Given names and surname of the guest(s) including gender (m, f) and function (player, coach, relative/companion of player)
Address of the guest(s) (street, postcode, city, country)
Date of arrival
Date of departure
E-Mail contact for any questions and confirmation mail
Credit card details (name of cardholder, card number, expiry date, CVC number) for check-in after 5.30 pm (otherwise hotel will put rooms back on sale)

All hotel services are to be settled directly with the hotel.
